Job summary

Career Links is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join a school-based, full-time assignment within a district setting. You will provide therapy services, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student communication goals.

The role offers competitive hourly pay of $48.00–$70.00 per hour DOE, plus a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. CF supervision available, with opportunities to impact students’ academic and social success.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• State Teaching Credential or ability to obtain.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs.
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students with speech and language impairments.
• Maintain documentation, progress reports, and service logs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student goals.
• Attend IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings; engage in professional development.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic strategies including AAC.
• Support inclusive practices and adapt interventions for diverse students.
• Provide training to classroom staff to generalize communication strategies.
