Job summary

Solfiant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based contract serving PK-8th grade students. The role emphasizes assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with teachers and families to support communication goals.

CCC is strongly preferred, CFY candidates are encouraged to apply, and the caseload is designed to foster meaningful professional relationships within the school community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure to practice as an SLP (or eligibility).
• CCC strongly preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to PK-8th grade students.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies.
• Collaborate in IEP meetings and with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with district requirements.
• Consult with teachers and families to support students’ communication goals.
