Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-year school-based role. You will provide direct therapy, develop IEPs, and coordinate with teachers and families to support students’ communication skills.

The position requires state licensure and CCC-SLP eligibility, with strong teamwork and organizational skills guiding intervention planning across the school setting.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state
• CCC-SLP or CFY candidates welcomed
• Experience in school settings highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized speech and language intervention plans

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of students with speech, language, or communication challenges
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver direct therapy to students per these plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and other service providers
• Document student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student support planning
• Maintain accurate records and comply with district policies
• Offer insights and resources to support classroom instruction and inclusion
