Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required).
• Experience in a school setting strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments.
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs, progress monitoring, and documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students per IEPs.
• Evaluate and assess students’ communication abilities using standardized tools.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support educational goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all services and progress.
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as a knowledgeable team member.
• Support school-wide initiatives to promote language development and engagement.
