Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics in Kent County, MD is seeking a School Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-person services to a K–12 population with low caseloads. The position begins for the 2026–2027 school year and offers a 35-hour work week with full- or part-time options in a collaborative school-based setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ASHA-accredited Speech Therapy program.
• Current state license to practice speech-language pathology.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA when applicable.
• CPR certification is required.
• Strong communication and time-management skills; collaborative approach.
• Demonstrates organizational and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech/language/feeding and swallowing services to pediatric population in a school setting.
• Plan and administer evaluations, treatment plans, consults, and screenings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student care.
• Document clinical and administrative records accurately and on time.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow state act requirements; supervision of SLPAs as applicable.
