Job summary

Expansion Speech Therapy LLC seeks a full-time, school-based SLP to serve two elementary schools and one middle school. You’ll manage a diverse caseload, lead Speech-Only IEPs, and collaborate with educators and families to carry skills beyond therapy.

You’ll work with a clinician-led team, receive mentorship, and grow professionally in a culture that values joy and ongoing learning. PA licensure (or eligibility) and CCC-SLP are preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• PA SLP license or eligibility in Pennsylvania.
• ASHA CCC-SLP, or Clinical Fellow working toward CCC.
• Ability to obtain PA school clearances before start date.

Responsibilities

• Screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations across elementary and middle school settings.
• Provide individual and group therapy using push-in and pull-out models.
• Serve as case manager for Speech-Only IEPs and coordinate with the school team.
• Write treatment plans, progress reports, and IEP documentation.
• Fulfill mandated reporter responsibilities and maintain FERPA/HIPAA confidentiality.
