Job summary

EDU Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative school team. You’ll help students reach their full potential by delivering therapy and contributing to IEP goals.

The role involves evaluating disorders, providing direct therapy, and coordinating with educators to support student communication and academic success. A PA license (or eligibility) and a Master’s in SLP are required; CCC-SLP preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active PA SLP license or eligibility to obtain before start.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Experience with school-aged children is preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and therapy documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff on goals.
• Maintain records and progress reports per policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on goals and progress.
• Stay current with best practices and professional development.
