Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain.
• CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFY candidates encouraged.
• Experience in schools or pediatrics strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tools.
• Develop individualized intervention plans based on student needs.
• Provide direct therapy aligned with IEP goals in individual and small group settings.
• Maintain accurate records of services delivered and progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff for holistic support.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
