Responsibilities

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students referred for speech and language services.

  • Provide direct therapy, both in groups and individually, targeting speech, language, and communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related professionals to support student success.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and adjust therapy approaches as needed.
  • Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
