Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to serve elementary-aged students on a full-time contract for the 2026-2027 school year. The assignment runs August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027, with on-site work Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week, and a caseload of about 43 students.

You will assess and treat speech and language needs, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with teachers and families to support inclusive communication for students across the district.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • CCC-SLP certification is required.
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred.
  • Strong preference for current, active North Carolina SLP licensure.
  • Familiarity with IEP process, documentation, and data collection.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff.
