Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) seeks licensed Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026–2027 school year in Albany, OR. This is a full-time, onsite/hybrid role supporting students in school settings with districts we partner with.

You’ll conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, provide direct services, and participate in IEP meetings. CCC or eligibility required; state licensure in the applying state.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the state where you are applying.
• CCC from ASHA, or eligibility for CCC.
• SLPs applying to work in states they do not reside in must hold licenses in both states.
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing high-quality therapy.
• Value collaboration and student-centered services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with collaboration with teachers/parents.
• Provide direct therapy services to improve articulation, language, social communication, and fluency.
• Participate in IEP meetings to support goals and student success.
• Collaborate with educators and professionals to support classroom communication needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communications in compliance with standards.
• Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and parents on communication strategies.
• Stay informed about best practices and continued education in speech-language pathology.

Education

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active state SLP license

CCC from ASHA or eligibility

State licensure in home and applying state
