Therapy Solutions is hiring a licensed School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support a Hillsboro, Oregon school for the 2026–2027 year. This full-time, on-site role includes assessments, therapy planning, direct services, and IEP collaboration.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, active state SLP license, ASHA CCC (or eligibility), pediatric experience, and a collaborative, organized approach. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the applying state.
• CCC from ASHA, or eligibility for CCC.
• Licensure in home state and applying state if residing out of state.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders among students in the school district.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with teachers, parents, and staff.
• Provide direct therapy to improve articulation, language, social communication, and fluency.
• Attend IEP meetings to support goal development and student success.
• Collaborate with educators to support communication needs in the classroom and school environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communications per regulatory standards.
• Provide consultation to teachers and parents on strategies for facilitating communication development.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in practice.
