Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Northglenn, Colorado for the 2026–2027 school year. The role is full-time, on-site, with a pay rate of $65–$85 per hour based on experience.

The position includes guaranteed hours, manageable caseloads, and collaboration with district and TheraPeds teams. Responsibilities include direct therapy, evaluations, IEP development, progress monitoring, and support for students with communication needs, including AAC.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active or eligible for Colorado SLP licensure.
• Colorado Department of Education certification or credential for school-based practice.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• CF-SLP candidates may be considered with appropriate supervision.
• Experience working with children in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students individually and in small groups.
• Conduct speech-language evaluations and progress monitoring.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
• Document progress and maintain timely progress reports.
• Support AAC and other augmentative communication needs as appropriate.
