Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role in Northglenn, Colorado (2026-2027). On-site position with 36-38 hours/week, September 2026-May 2027, serving PreK-12 students.

You will provide direct therapy, evaluations, and IEP support, collaborating with district and TheraPeds teams to foster communication skills essential for school participation.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active or eligible for Colorado SLP licensure.
• Colorado Department of Education school-based certification/credential as required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CF-SLP considered with supervision available.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and monitor IEP goals; adjust interventions based on data.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related-service staff.
• Manage caseloads and documentation; participate in IEP/reevaluation meetings.
