Job summary

Temporary Staffing Professionals is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based, on-site contract in Ramsey, MN. The SLP will provide direct therapy services, conduct evaluations, and support students with speech and language needs under IEP guidelines.

The role involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams, maintaining detailed documentation, and ensuring compliance with state and district regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active MN SLP license and ASHA CCCs preferred.
• Experience in school-based settings is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and compliance beneficial.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills essential.
• Ability to manage caseload and documentation deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students per IEP goals.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and write detailed reports.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with staff, parents and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs per district/state guidelines.
• Support students with articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders.
• Provide consultative guidance to staff on speech-language strategies.
