Job summary

Temporary Staffing Professionals is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an on-site contract role in Howard Lake, MN. The SLP will provide direct therapy, conduct evaluations, and support students with speech and language needs within a school-based setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and MN SLP licensure, with ASHA CCCs preferred. School-based experience and IEP knowledge are highly valued for this position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active MN SLP license and ASHA CCCs preferred
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes and special education compliance
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet documentation deadlines

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and write detailed reports
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Support students with articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders
• Provide consultative support to staff regarding speech and language strategies
• Ensure services align with state and federal special education regulations
