Career Links is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based assignment. You will deliver therapy services, conduct evaluations, and help students achieve literacy and communication goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active state licensure or eligibility as an SLP.
• State Teaching Credential (or ability to obtain).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred; CFs supervision available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations in line with IDEA and state standards.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs.
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services for speech and language impairments.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support goals.
• Attend IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings and engage in professional development.
• Utilize evidence-based strategies and AAC technologies as appropriate.
• Support inclusive practices and adapt interventions for diverse populations.
• Provide training to classroom staff to generalize communication strategies.
