Job summary

Point Quest Group seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time role in Logansport, IN. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver school-based services for K-12 students, collaborating with teachers and families throughout the year.

The position offers in-house clinical support, a school-year schedule, and welcomes Clinical Fellows to launch their careers with our guidance. Our team emphasizes collaboration and student-first outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current SLP license in the state where services are delivered or eligibility to obtain.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Preferred: one year of experience in speech therapy (clinical fellows welcome).
• Department of Education certification desired.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs.
• Experience with school-based caseload management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).
