Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a school-based contract near Indianapolis, IN. The role focuses on delivering targeted therapy and supporting IEP goals.

In this role, you will primarily work at one elementary setting while assisting at another site as needed, providing vital support for a caseload of 51 students. The schedule follows standard school hours, typically 8:10 am to 4:10 pm, for a total of 37.5 hours each week.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Relevant experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Knowledge of the unique needs of elementary-aged students
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and provide direct therapy

Key Responsibilities:
