Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based role in Kokomo, Indiana. You'll evaluate, plan, and deliver services to K-12 students, coordinating with teachers and families to support communication goals.

In-house clinical support and a school-year schedule help you establish consistency and progress. Must hold an active SLP license in Indiana or be eligible to obtain one; clinical fellows welcome.

Qualifications

• Current licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Indiana or eligibility to obtain license.
• Criminal and DCS background checks completed or eligible.
• Strong communication and collaboration with teachers and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direct speech therapy aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of skills.
• Maintain therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including supervision hours if applicable.
