Job summary

RCM Health Care Services is seeking full- or part-time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologists to provide therapy to students in the Detroit, MI area for the 2026/2027 school year. This is a W2 contract, in-person at school locations only.

Position involves evaluating students, developing IEPs, and collaborating with families. Travel between district buildings is required; hourly rate is $60. Onsite school setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology required.
• Minimum 60 semester hours in normal aspects of human communication, development, and clinical techniques for evaluation and management of speech and language disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based speech-language pathology services.
• Conduct speech/language evaluations and determine eligibility.
• Develop and implement IEPs and manage caseloads.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support language development.
• Travel between multiple school buildings.
