Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time school-based role near Leonardtown, MD. You will deliver direct therapy to a diverse school-age caseload and collaborate with teachers to support academic and social growth.

Position begins ASAP and runs through June 17, 2027, offering creative therapy approaches and teamwork with dedicated colleagues. Compensation ranges from $35.22 to $55.22 per hour, with health benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences.
• Maryland SLP license required.
• CCC-SLP certification.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to a school-age caseload.
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and professionals to support student success.
• Offer consultation and education to school staff and families regarding communication disorders and strategies.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
