Job summary

Invo Healthcare in Leonardtown, MD is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based services team. You will provide SLP therapy to school-aged children and collaborate with IEP teams.

Candidates with ASHA certification and an active Maryland SLP license are preferred; prior school-based experience is a plus. We offer competitive pay, benefits, relocation support, and ASHA CEUs.

Qualifications

• ASHA recognized Master’s or Doctorate degree from a CAA-approved program.
• Active SLP license issued in the state you’re applying to.
• Experience in schools or with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement SLP therapy for school-aged children with speech and language concerns.
• Serve as a member of the IEP team for students with speech/language needs.
• Maintain records using Invo’s software.
• Coordinate with school staff and parents to develop appropriate programs.
• Ensure all services comply with state laws and regulations.
