Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to provide school-based therapy services in a public school setting in West Palm Beach, Florida. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday for 35 hours per week and offers ASHA-aligned supervision.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating articulation, language, and voice needs, writing measurable IEP goals, implementing AAC, collaborating with families and teachers, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology (or CF)
• Active Florida SLP license or eligibility; CCC preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat articulation, language, fluency, and voice needs
• Plan and deliver therapy aligned to IEP services and timelines
• Write clear, measurable IEP goals/objectives and monitor progress
• Implement AAC devices and strategies when needed
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and special education teams
• Participate in and help lead IEP meetings
• Complete documentation in IEP management software per ASHA, school, and state policies
