Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to provide school-based therapy services in a public school special education setting. CF supervision is available and compliant with ASHA and state guidelines.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating students with articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders, developing therapy plans aligned with IEP goals, documenting progress, and collaborating with teachers, families, and

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as an SLP or eligibility.
• CCC certification preferred but not required for CF candidates.
• Educator/Teacher Certification if required by the state.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat students with articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders.
• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Write measurable goals and track progress.
• Support students using AAC devices and strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
• Maintain required documentation and adhere to policies.
• Apply current best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology.
