Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services LLC in Union, Maine, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year in a full-time, school-based role. CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellows welcome, with a $50–$60/hour pay range and a guaranteed pay structure.

Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 based on assignment and experience. Join a supportive team with dedicated mentorship, CF supervision, and collaboration with OTs, PTs, and educators.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required or equivalent.
• CCC-SLP or CF-SLP eligibility.
• Active Maine SLP license or eligibility.
• School-based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to preschool through high school students.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services in individual and small-group sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.
• Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success.
