Boothby Therapy Services LLC is actively hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Farmington, Maine for the 2026–2027 school year. The role is full-time (5 days/week) with competitive hourly pay and a guaranteed pay feature.

Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, with CF-SLPs welcomed. We emphasize strong support, mentorship, and collaboration across districts and therapy teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP or CF-SLP eligibility.
• Active Maine SLP license or eligibility.
• School-based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to preschool, elementary, middle, and high school students.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.
