Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist in Rumford, Maine for the 2026–2027 school year in a full-time, school-based role. The position offers $50–$60 per hour with guaranteed pay and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 depending on assignment and experience.

We provide robust support including a dedicated Service Delivery Manager, ongoing mentorship, CF-SLP/CFY support, collaboration with other professionals, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP or eligibility as CF-SLP/CFY.
• Active Maine SLP License or eligibility.
• School-based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to preschool, elementary, middle school, and high school students.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions.
• Support students with articulation and phonological disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders, social/pragmatic communication, fluency, and AAC needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
