Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) across Maine for the 2026–2027 school year. You will be placed in preschool through high school settings with guaranteed pay at $50–$60 per hour and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

We partner with school districts statewide to offer flexible placement options, mentorship, CF-SLP support, and collaboration with districts, OT/PT, and educators to maximize student success.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP or CF-SLP/CFY eligibility.
• Active Maine SLP License or eligibility.
• School-based/pediatric experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students across PK–12 as placements vary.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy through individual and small-group sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.
