Career Links in the United States is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our network for a full-time, school-based assignment. You will provide therapy services and support students with communication challenges as part of a collaborative special education team.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required.
• Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist required.
• State Teaching Credential or ability to obtain required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations per IDEA and state standards.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs.
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students with speech and language impairments.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs for compliance.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student goals.
• Attend IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings; participate in professional development.
• Utilize evidence-based strategies and AAC technologies in therapy.
• Support inclusive practices and adapt interventions for diverse student populations.
• Provide training to staff to generalize communication strategies.
