Job summary

Career Links is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our network for a full-time, school-based assignment. You will work within a collaborative special education team to support students with speech and language needs and ensure access to education in line with IDEA and district requirements.

You will conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, provide therapy, and coordinate with ARD/IEP teams, teachers, and families to promote student success and compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active state licensure as an SLP required or eligibility.
• State teaching credential or ability to obtain one.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations in accordance with IDEA and state regulations.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs.
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services for speech and language impairments.
• Monitor progress and communicate with ARD/IEP teams and parents.
• Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to support student success.
• Assist with staff training and development as needed.
