Job summary

Career Links is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based assignment across various districts for the 2026/2027 year. You will deliver therapy, support students with communication challenges, and contribute to academic and social success through targeted interventions.

You will join a collaborative special education team with mentoring opportunities for CFs, manageable caseloads, and access to resources and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required or equivalent.
• Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• KSDE professional license or endorsement required/efficient transfer.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations per IDEA and state standards.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs.
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services for speech and language impairments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress logs for compliance.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings; provide CF supervision if needed.
