Career Links is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our school-based network for a full-time assignment. In this role, you'll provide therapy services to students with communication challenges, contributing to their academic and social success.

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher degree required.
• Active state licensure or eligible to practice as SLP.
• State teaching credential or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations in compliance with IDEA and state standards.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs.
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students with speech and language impairments.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support student goals.
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities.
• Utilize evidence-based strategies and AAC technologies.
• Support inclusive practices and adapt interventions for diverse student populations.
• Provide training to classroom staff to generalize communication strategies.
