Eleutheria is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist in Lebanon, Tennessee. You will conduct evaluations, support IEP development, and collaborate with school teams to improve student communication outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee SLP license required.
• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology or CSD.
• Eligible for Tennessee school-based credentialing/licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based SLP services: evaluations, treatment, and consultation.
• Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support students’ communication skills development.
• Partner with teachers, SPED staff, and families to promote carryover.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Adapt materials and environments to improve student access.
