Job summary

Soliant is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support students in a dynamic school setting near Hershey, PA. This contract role includes maternity coverage with continued caseloads through the academic year.

You will evaluate and treat K-12 students, address language, articulation, fluency, and social pragmatics, and develop IEPs in collaboration with staff and families. You’ll also document progress and participate in related team meetings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid CCC credentials and current state licensure.
• Experience serving K-12 student populations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Adaptability to work across varied grade levels and caseloads.
• Passion for supporting student success and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based therapy to K-12 students.
• Address language, articulation, fluency, and social pragmatics needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with staff and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings, team collaborations, and parent conferences.
• Transition to an early intervention caseload after leave coverage, supporting young learners.
