Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based contract for the full academic year or maternity leave coverage across select campuses.

You will provide direct therapy to students, contribute to IEPs, and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote communication and learning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license for Michigan.
• ASHA CCC or CFY status accepted.
• Experience within school settings or pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and school environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders.
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and track progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success.
• Deliver services in both individual and group formats.
• Maintain thorough, timely, and compliant documentation of all services rendered.
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and ongoing professional development.
