Job summary

Invo Healthcare is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based services in Carpentersville and surrounding IL areas. The SLP will implement therapy for students with speech and language delays and participate in IEP team coordination.

Candidates must hold an ASHA-certified degree or be eligible, possess an active SLP license, and have ISBE SL Endorsement. The role offers competitive pay, benefits, and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Must hold an ASHA-certified master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active SLP license in the applying state.
• ISBE PEL with Speech-Language Endorsement required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders.
• Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and families to develop and implement individualized plans.
• Maintain accurate records through Invo’s software in accordance with state laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with school personnel to develop appropriate programs for eligible students.
