Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a part-time, school-based contract serving K–8 students in Illinois. The role involves delivering comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse caseload of about 33 students over the full school year, with 2.5–3 days per week (18–20 hours).

The clinician may hold CCC or CFY and will work in a collaborative school environment, including in-person and teletherapy sessions as needed, with emphasis on IEP goals and family

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in speech-language pathology required.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• SLP-CCC or CFY candidates welcome.
• Experience in K-8 or pediatric populations preferred.
• Familiarity with IEP process and school documentation.
• Comfort with teletherapy platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct therapy sessions in-person and via teletherapy as needed.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families.
• Advise and advocate for students’ speech and language needs.
