Job summary

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with an Illinois school district to recruit a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position supports students' communication development in a school setting.

The SLP will provide individualized services, collaborate with teachers and families, and participate in IEP meetings to align goals with student needs and district requirements.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Ability to work effectively within a school-based multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for Illinois licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy tailored to individual student needs.
• Develop and monitor communication goals aligned with IEPs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide clinical recommendations.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Track student progress and modify intervention strategies as appropriate.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and identify intervention needs.
• Maintain documentation per district, state, and federal requirements.
• Address articulation, receptive/expressive language, fluency, voice, and social communication.
