Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time school-based role in Wilmington, NC, serving K-12 students during the 2026-2027 school year. You'll deliver therapy, conduct assessments, and develop IEP-driven plans to improve communication skills.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CSD) required.
• Current North Carolina SLP license or eligibility.
• NC Education License from NCDPI eligibility.
• Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
