Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based position in Eden, NC. You will provide direct speech-language services, conduct evaluations, and develop IEP goals to support student communication and learning.

The role offers mentorship, W-2 employment with benefits, and mileage reimbursement between sites. CFs are encouraged to apply, with competitive pay up to $55/hour and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders required.
• Current North Carolina SLP licensure or ability to obtain licensure in NC.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; school experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs.
• Coordinate with teachers and families to ensure carryover of skills.
• Maintain documentation and progress notes.
