Job summary

PSI Solutions in Youngstown, OH is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for school-based settings. The role offers full-time or part-time options with school hours and the 2026-2027 school year.

You will conduct evaluations, develop therapy plans, provide direct therapy to students, and collaborate with psychologists, counselors, teachers, and families to support MTSS/RTI initiatives. From mentorship to ongoing support and a strong district network, PSI Solutions focuses on professional growth

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid SLP license (state-specific).
• School-based experience preferred, but mentorship available.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for supporting student speech, language, and communication development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct speech-language therapy (individual and group)
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support MTSS / RTI initiatives as appropriate
