Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a licensed School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year in Hillsboro, OR. This on-site role supports students across districts with assessments, therapy planning, and IEP collaboration.

You will provide direct therapy, participate in meetings, and partner with teachers and families to maximize student progress while maintaining thorough documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the applying state; some states require a school credential.
• CCC from ASHA or eligibility; dual state licensure may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans addressing goals with collaboration.
• Provide direct therapy focusing on articulation, language, social skills, and fluency.
• Attend IEP meetings to support goal development and student success.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and specialists to support classroom communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communications per standards.
• Offer consultation to teachers and families on strategies to support development.
• Stay current with best practices in school-based SLP and pursue CEUs.
