Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year in Hillsboro, Oregon. This on-site, full-time position serves students across the school district with direct therapy, assessments, and collaboration with teachers and families.

The role emphasizes developing individualized goals, IEP participation, and providing high-quality services while staying current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the state where you are applying; CCC/CCC‑SLP eligibility where applicable.
• Out-of-state applicants must hold licensure in both states where they live and work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
• Provide direct therapy to improve articulation, language, social communication, and fluency.
• Participate in IEP meetings to develop goals and support student success.
• Collaborate with educators and staff to support communication needs in the classroom.
