Therapy Solutions Collective in Hillsboro, OR seeks a licensed School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, on-site role involves direct therapy, assessments, and collaboration with IEP teams to support student success.

The role offers W2 employment with weekly pay, potential 12-month salaried pay, and full benefits, including CEU support and a clinician-first culture that values collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the applying state.
• ASHA CCC or eligibility for CCC where applicable.
• State licensure in home and applying state if practicing out of state.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Develop and implement therapy plans and coordinate with teachers and parents.
• Provide direct therapy services focusing on articulation, language, and fluency.
• Attend IEP meetings and support goal development for students.
• Collaborate with educators and professionals to support classroom communication needs.
• Maintain documentation and communicate progress to families and team.
