Soliant is seeking licensed or eligible SLP-CCC/CFY or SLPA for a contract role in the Elkhart, IN area. You will provide speech and language therapy to K–12 students, participate in IEPs, and collaborate with educators and families to advance communication goals throughout the school year.

The position runs full-time (40 hours/week) through May 28, 2027, with district placements that offer diverse learning environments and meaningful impact on students’ progress.

Qualifikationen

• Active license or eligibility for SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA.
• Experience or strong interest in school-based settings.
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff.
• Commitment to keeping caseloads manageable and ensuring quality care.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students on your caseload, adapting sessions to fit individual educational plans.
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized programs to address students’ communication goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, reporting outcomes and progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrative staff to support students’ overall success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team.
• Adjust to placements and needs across the district, focusing on where your expertise can be most impactful.
