Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students for the 2026-2027 school year near Merrillville, Indiana. Both full-time and part-time candidates are welcome; SLP-CCC or CFY applicants encouraged to apply.

You will work in a collaborative school environment to improve students’ communication skills. Qualified candidates hold an Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, an active Indiana SLP license (or eligibility) and CFY/CCC preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Indiana state SLP license (or eligible to obtain).
• CFY candidates considered; SLP-CCC preferred.
• Experience in school-based settings is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload of students with varying communication needs.
• Assess, screen, and evaluate students using standardized assessment tools.
• Develop and implement individualized IEP goals and intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs in accordance with school and state requirements.
• Consult and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
