Job summary

FlexCare is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time contract in San Lorenzo, California for the 2026–2027 school year. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ communication goals, with dedicated recruiter support and transparent pay.

This in-person assignment spans district-wide sites and emphasizes evaluation and consultation over direct therapy, coordinating with teachers, families, and administrators.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• Experience conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing speech and language services.
• Knowledge of IEP development, documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primarily evaluation and consultation-based with minimal direct therapy.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff across multiple school sites.
• Meet credentialing, background check, fingerprinting, and district onboarding requirements.
