Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential services in a Santa Monica, CA school setting. This contract position runs through the 2026-2027 school year, supporting students with speech and language needs throughout the academic year.

You will deliver evaluations, therapy, progress monitoring for about 55 students, collaborate with educators and families, and document progress to support effective IEPs.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as an SLP.
• Experience with school-aged children preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and school-based practices.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized speech-language evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring for a caseload of approximately 55 students.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintain detailed documentation and reports to track student progress.
• Participate in team meetings and provide consultative support when needed.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with school-aged children in a school setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of current speech and language assessment and intervention strategies.
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation Details
