Job summary

FlexCare is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, itinerant contract in San Lorenzo, California for the 2026–2027 school year. You’ll join a collaborative, school-based team, focusing on evaluations and consultations across multiple site locations, with AAC device experience valued.

This in-person role offers a 37.5-hour week and a strong support network from a dedicated recruiter, transparent pay, and onboarding requirements including credentialing and fingerprinting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current California SLP license required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• Pediatric experience required.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Experience conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Primarily evaluation and consultation-based with minimal direct therapy.
• Itinerant position across multiple school sites within the district.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families and support staff.
• Meet credentialing, background check, fingerprinting and onboarding requirements.
